TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Apex Rejuvenation Research website and your purchase of products from Apex Rejuvenation & Performance LLC (“Apex Rejuvenation Research,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, creating an account, submitting an access request, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Research Use Only
Products offered by Apex Rejuvenation Research are sold strictly for laboratory, analytical, educational, and research purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or therapeutic application.

Customers agree not to use products in a manner inconsistent with their labeling or stated research purpose.

2. Customer Eligibility
Purchasers must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to restrict, approve, suspend, or deny access to the store or any order at our discretion.

3. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for determining whether the purchase, possession, handling, storage, importation, and intended research use of any product is permitted under applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations.

Apex Rejuvenation Research does not provide legal, medical, clinical, prescribing, or therapeutic advice.

4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product names, quantities, descriptions, pricing, and other information are accurate. However, typographical errors or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information without prior notice.

Product images may be representative and packaging, vial appearance, caps, labels, or other cosmetic characteristics may vary between inventory batches.

5. Analytical Documentation
Certificates of Analysis and other analytical documentation associated with applicable inventory may be available upon request. Documentation may include identity, purity, quantity, or other analytical information depending on the product and testing performed.

Customers who require specific analytical documentation are encouraged to request available documentation before ordering.

6. Orders and Payment
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, regulatory concerns, payment problems, or suspected misuse of products.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is fulfilled.

7. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, address errors, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

International customers are responsible for determining whether products may legally be imported into their destination and for any applicable customs duties, taxes, fees, permits, or import requirements.

8. Returns and Refunds
Because laboratory research materials may be sensitive to handling, storage, temperature, contamination, and chain-of-custody conditions, routine returns are generally not accepted once an order has shipped.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and supporting photographs. Verified issues may be resolved through replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

9. Storage and Handling
Customers are responsible for appropriate storage, handling, security, and disposal of purchased research materials after delivery. Apex Rejuvenation Research is not responsible for degradation, contamination, damage, or loss resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.

10. Prohibited Uses
Customers may not use this website or its products for unlawful purposes, fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, unauthorized resale, violation of applicable regulations, or any purpose inconsistent with stated product labeling.

11. Intellectual Property
Website content, Apex Rejuvenation Research branding, original graphics, photographs, text, logos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Apex Rejuvenation & Performance LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Rejuvenation Research and Apex Rejuvenation & Performance LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of this website, purchased products, shipping delays, improper handling, unauthorized use, or failure to comply with applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited.

13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Rejuvenation & Performance LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from unlawful, unauthorized, mislabeled, or improper use of purchased products.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms become effective when posted to this website. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
