Return & Refund Policy

At Apex Rejuvenation Research, we take product integrity, order accuracy, and customer service seriously. Because our products are laboratory research materials, we cannot accept routine returns once an order has shipped. This helps preserve product integrity and chain of custody.

Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

Returns
Due to the nature of laboratory research products, all sales are generally final once shipped. We do not accept returns of research compounds, peptides, bacteriostatic water, or other products that have left our control, even if unopened.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the package and affected product. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Product concerns
If you believe a product is materially different from its stated specifications, please contact us with your order information and any supporting documentation. We will review the matter individually and may offer replacement or refund when a verified product issue exists.

Certificates of Analysis
Analytical documentation supplied for applicable inventory is available upon request. Customers are encouraged to request available documentation before placing an order if analytical specifications are important to their research.

Shipping issues
If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us so that we can work with the carrier to investigate the shipment. Replacement or refund decisions for lost shipments will be made after the carrier investigation is completed. Orders shown by the carrier as successfully delivered are not automatically eligible for refund.

International orders
When international shipping is available, customers are responsible for confirming that products may legally be imported into their destination country and for any applicable duties, taxes, customs requirements, or import restrictions.

Research use only
Products sold by Apex Rejuvenation Research are intended solely for laboratory research purposes and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic applications.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
